3 day trip - never hired a camper van before. Booking process was simple and everything was explained to me on arrival. A very simple process and something I aim to do again in the future, I had a great time.

We had an amazing time in the van at the Silverstone Grand Prix! Amber was super lovely and responsive with any questions. Handover was easy and had a great explanation of how everything in the van works, there were also super helpful QR codes in the van with instructions as to how everything works. Very well equipped van which had everything we needed. Overall amazing experience, would 100% recommend!

Professional but friendly experience, the dialogue with Robert was excellent from the very beginning when booking, he accommodated a slight adjustment to the collection/ pick up times which was very helpful. They kept in contact on the lead up to the collection, the forms etc was a slick process. This was continued for the collection, a comprehensive hand over of the vehicle with Owen. The campervan was just as described, in excellent condition, well kitted out and it did everything we wanted. The return was just as simple as the collection and the deposit was returned promptly. Highly recommend, I will certainly use again as it added to our great weekend at Silverstone.

A special trip for us to a family wedding made that much easier with having the perfect motor home ‘Tay’. The camper was exactly what we needed for us as a family to enjoy our trip travelling around the north of Scotland. Emma was a pleasure to deal with throughout the booking, especially when the van developed an unexpected mechanical fault and we had to cut our trip short. She was always available by phone, kept in regular contact, and processed the refund she was responsible for promptly and in accordance with Goboony's guidance. I couldn't have asked for a more helpful and understanding owner. Unfortunately, my experience with Goboony has been very different. Despite the trip ending early through no fault of either myself or Emma, Goboony appears to believe it is entitled to retain its full fees, leaving me significantly out of pocket. I intend to challenge this, as I believe it is both unfair and unreasonable. I hope I will be able to update this review in the near future if Goboony resolves the matter fairly. Until then, both renters and owners should be aware that, if a trip is disrupted by circumstances beyond anyone's control, they may receive far less support and consideration from Goboony than they might reasonably expect.
