Alastair's van was great to rent and fitted the needs of our trip perfectly. It was very easy to drive, 100% roadworthy, in immaculate condition and no problems mechanically or in any other way throughout our trip. I would absolutely recommend this rental to anyone. Alastair was also a pleasure to rent from - honest, communicative and explained the details of the interior of the van very well and he was quickly responsive to any queries I had. As a first-time renter of this van for a break away I would be extremely happy renting the van and dealing with Alastair in the future.

Probably one of the best holidays we’ve had! Major part being how easy, stress free and perfect Elaine’s Campa Jaz was! Don’t be put off by the colour, makes it easier to find in a car park! From the first moment meeting Elaine, she taught me everything the campa needed and how to use it. Being semi use to using a campa it was easy to get my head around but if you’ve not done it before then it won’t take long to master! 10/10

We hired Big Debbs for a long weekend in the lakes & it was absolutely perfect! The van was big enough that we had space to move around without feeling cramped & lots of storage - something which is important on a January trip! Fantastic Campervan Experience with Big Bex We hired Big Bex for a trip through Yorkshire and the Lake District, and it was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Will, the owner, was incredibly helpful and made himself available for any questions or problems throughout our journey. His walkthrough of how everything worked was clear and reassuring, especially for anyone new to campervans. The van itself was comfortable, spotless, and really well looked after. It drove beautifully, even through the winding countryside roads, and had everything we needed for a smooth, enjoyable trip. This was my very first experience campervanning and driving a van, and I honestly couldn’t have loved it more. The van was incredibly easy and comfortable to drive, which made the whole trip feel relaxed from day one. Even my partner, who’s a seasoned campervanner, was really impressed with the design and features. It was brilliantly equipped with absolutely everything we needed — even thoughtful basics like salt and pepper, oil, washing-up liquid and cloths, which made life on the road so easy. We were both particularly impressed with the heating system, which kept us nice and toasty! Inside, the layout was fantastic. The bed was comfy, the dining area was cosy and practical, and the two-ring hob was perfect for cooking proper meals. There was loads of storage throughout — in the kitchen, living area and the garage — so everything had its place. The fridge was impressively spacious too, easily holding a good few days’ worth of food. The host was also a huge part of what made this experience so special. Ian is incredibly friendly, passionate and genuinely helpful, always responsive to any questions we had. His insights and tips really added to the trip and made us feel confident and well looked after. The campervan gave us total freedom to explore the Scottish Highlands at our own pace and was the perfect mobile base. I’d honestly recommend hiring this van over a big company — you can tell it’s been built by someone who has done a lot of research and actually spent a lot of time living in a camper. An unforgettable experience, 10/10! Hope to come back again to explore more of Scotland in Art the van!

Another great trip with David, had a problem with van and he was so helpful, AA cover sorted quickly. Hose had come loose. Really enjoyed our autumnal trip. Van was warm, dry and cosy and still managed to go without plugging in up on Bodmin. Looking forward to our next trip.
