More than 12,000 travellers were ahead of you

We can't thank you enough, Matthew, for letting us hire Belle and to you personally for being so kind to us !!! We had Belle from 30.12.2017 till 03.01.2018 and she took us to Scotland to celebrate the New Years Eve in Edinburgh and then to visit Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park. We were 4 adults, 1 teenager and two Yorkies. We never used a motor home before and we were a bit nervous and excited at the same time. I contacted Matthew and explained our travel plans and that it would be eventually our first motorhome hire. From that moment on Matthew took everything under control and was so supportive through the whole process that I really can't find enough words to thank him. First of all Matthew send me very detailed explanation how to find the farm where Belle lives as well as information about all necessary documents and the hiring process itself. We met him at the exact time at the exact place. Never met a person like him before!!! He was welcoming and smiling all the time. He made us feel more like a long known friends rather than clients who are meeting for the first time in their lives. Than Matthew spend nearly two hours showing us how everything works and answered all my stupid questions with patients and warm smile. He done all of these although Belle was equipped with a massive folder which contained full explanation and guidelines how everything works and where to find additional information. Belle was exceptional clean and tidy although she arrived back home the same day 30.12.2017 from Switzerland. Belle was equipped to a high standards exactly as described in the add (crockery and cutlery, cooking utensils, outside furniture and so on) . We even had a complimentary bottle of wine, juice , milk, tea, coffee, sugar… !!!! Knowing that we are traveling with a small dogs, Matthew even made himself a removable dog gate so the dogs couldn’t come to the driver’s and front passenger sits during driving and to cause a problems. Seems that Matthew had thought about the smallest details which made our trip unforgettable. Thank you EVER so much, Matthew!!! As I already mentioned we were 5 of us plus two dogs and I can reassure you that Belle is very comfortable for these amount of people although Matthew finds her a luxury only for 2 people. Belle pleasantly surprised us with a fuel consumption. The most of our trip was on the motorways overnight and we were doing 65-70 mph but we had as well mountains’ roads in Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park covered with snow and on the way back Eleanor storm was hitting the country so it was extremely windy. In this road’s and weather conditions Belle’s fuel consumption was 10 litres of diesel per 60 miles (10 litres per 100 km). We just couldn’t ask for more !!!! Belle is perfect and she behaves great on snowy roads and windy weather. She was very stable and easy to drive despite her size. When we came back we were running 20 minutes late for the appointment with Matthew but he was so nice and understandable. He even didn’t charge us for this and he refund the deposit on the following day .Matthew gave us a massive hugs for goodbye and again made us feel like a close friends. We never ever met such a nice man ! Thank you, thank you, thank you ……..!!! From the bottom of our hearts we are wishing you very successful business and please, send a kiss to Belle from us. Looking forward to see her and you soon !!!
