Smooth handover and they wven offered us to park our car on their driveway for convenience. Have recommended to friends and woukd happily book again shoukd we ever be without our own van again. We had an absolutely fantastic two-week trip exploring Cornwall, Devon, and the Cotswolds on our way back up north. It was myself, my wife, and our two children, and the motorhome was perfect for us — a great size, ideal layout, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. Carl was brilliant throughout the whole process — really responsive, helpful, and happy to answer every question we had. He was also very understanding and accommodating when we ran into traffic on the way back for drop-off, which made things much less stressful. We wouldn’t hesitate to hire again and are already thinking about where to head next!

Prompt response to enquiry and very efficient, helpful handover by Jamie and return to Zoe. Camper van is high spec with all that is needed to live comfortably 'off grid' and my two dogs and myself had an enjoyable long weekend away. Highly recommended and I will book again if it is only the three of us next time.
