Handover was smooth, Camper has everything you need, although I would say take some camping chairs if u need them as the camper only had one stool available. Storage was excellent, same as the cleanliness of the van, it had everything we needed for our trip, will definitely be looking to hire the van again at some point & on the couple of occasions I reached out to Paul he was very prompt in his reply. Absolutely loved our trip & the van

Dick Van Dyke was absolutely perfect for our long weekend in the Lake District! Ann Marie and Ollie were amazing and made the whole collection & drop off process super easy and very little hassle - great service throughout. The van itself is perfect for a young couple - it is very cozy and warm, however can be more spacious when the roof is pushed up. We thought that it would be a struggle with more than 2 adults and one child (or two small ones). The van has a lot of character and although it is an older model and has clearly been loved, everything works fine and we were able to enjoy our trip with no problems. The van comes with the basics for everything you need to camp and the battery allows more off grid adventures. Although he is a tank and pushed through - Dick Van Dyke is not a massive fan of steep inclines which is fine. Anyways we thoroughly enjoyed our weekend away and look forward to our next DVD adventure! Thanks again

Our first time renting and Mandy could not of made it any easier for us. With her son, Andy, the communicate and helpfulness was just fantastic, very friendly and really nice to deal with. This carries on with an amazing camper van. It was clean, fresh, well presented and full of little extras that just made our experience even more so special. We took the camper from Bolton (Greater Manchester) all the way to see Micky at Disney Land Paris, and the camper never failed us once. It is super maintained. We know we loved it and we know you will too. Excellent all round and will certainly be a repeat customer.

Kevin was a fantastic host. He made our first experience in a campervan really easy. He was very friendly and accommodating and he gave clear simple instructions with what needed to be done. The van itself was great and had everything we needed. Very meticulously maintained snd equipped and ofcourse it's an eye catcher on the roads. We went away to ulswater and had a brilliant time. We have been recommending to all our friends and family.

This was my first adventure in a campervan and Boris was great fun to drive around and explore Wales. Myles took time to show me how everything works and to answer all my questions (thank you, Myles!). Boris is a very well put together camper and I felt very comfortable knowing I could be fully off grid for a days without worry. I would gladly hire Boris again and hire from Myles. An excellent experience!!

We managed to loan Kevin's motorhome after being let down within 24hrs of our previous hire. Kevin quickly made contact with us to allow us to continue on our holiday the next day. After a few hiccups which Kevin quickly sorted we managed to enjoy our Scotland road trip. Kevin made himself available to any query we had and the deposit has been returned back to us within a week, thank you. We would consider hiring again if ever we wanted another, motorhome holiday.

The handover with Dominic went smoothly and was clear from start to finish. The road trip to Cornwall was fantastic, with beautiful scenery along the way and plenty of great places to explore. Staying in the motorhome was an excellent experience — comfortable, convenient, and a perfect way to enjoy the freedom and flexibility of the trip.

This was our first trip in a motorhome and we had a great holiday! We were able to view the motorhome before we rented it which was helpful to plan for what we needed and the space and we were able to arrange a pick up/ drop off time that suited us. The motorhome is well equipped and to a high standard. We felt very comfortable in the van and our dog loved it! It drove well and we had no issues with working the equipment. We would definitely recommend Paul’s motorhome!

The hand over was not as comprehensive as we would have liked. We were informed that the Radio, Sat Nav & reversing camera & one of the 12V charger were not working. You could only lock the side door from the outside and remained problematic throughout the trip. The T.V was so complicated to work we didn't use it. Our journey around the NC500 was fantastic but we did have the perfect weather. Shortly into our journey we had continuous problems with the hand brake not releasing, one stage we blocked the exit of a car park for 20 minutes, it was serious enough for us to call Fiona only to receive a dismissive answer that it is user error, upon returning the motorhome we handed this back to Fiona's father, we mentioned the handbrake situation and he acknowledge that he had also had the same problem and thought it had been repaired. Though mechanically sound and seeing comparable motor homes we feel that we did not get value for money. The kitchen equipment was very under equipped. The oven had a 4 ring hob but only 1 sauce pan & 1 frying pan. The motor home was mechanically sound, gear box, clutch & engine coped with the NC500 roads very well. Though there wasn't anything about the motor home that stood out as being special.
