Il nostro viaggio è stato bellissimo e abbiamo visitato luoghi meravigliosi, ma il noleggio del camper ha presentato diversi problemi.
Avevamo scelto questo camper anche perché era prevista la consegna direttamente in aeroporto, pertanto avevamo organizzato tutto il viaggio con partenza immediata dall'aeroporto. Invece, solo 15 giorni prima della partenza, siamo stati informati che avremmo dovuto ritirare il camper presso la casa dei proprietari, circa 30 km dall'aeroporto e nella direzione opposta rispetto al nostro itinerario. Essendo in cinque con i bagagli, abbiamo dovuto sostenere il costo aggiuntivo di un Uber XL per andare a ritirare il camper. E anche alla consegna abbiamo dovuto tornare in aeroporto con i mezzi.
Eravamo inoltre in cinque adulti e, nonostante il camper fosse indicato per sei persone, era attrezzato solo per quattro: abbiamo trovato quattro forchette, quattro bicchieri, quattro sedie e altre dotazioni insufficienti. Solo quattro letti erano comodi e della giusta dimensione per adulti.
Al momento della consegna del camper non funzionavano né il riscaldamento né l'acqua calda e abbiamo dovuto attendere circa un'ora perché il problema venisse risolto, ritardando ulteriormente l'inizio della vacanza.
Dan è una persona gentile, ma è stato abbastanza frettoloso nelle spiegazioni e soprattutto siamo rimasti delusi dal fatto che, quando al nostro rientro gli abbiamo segnalato che il serbatoio delle acque nere non era stato svuotato dal precedente viaggio (!!!) - e sorvolo su come ce ne siamo accorti - non abbia nemmeno chiesto scusa. Anche la pulizia generale del camper era appena sufficiente.
Nel complesso la vacanza è stata splendida grazie ai luoghi visitati, ma la gestione del noleggio e la preparazione del mezzo prima della consegna non sono state assolutamente adeguate.

I can't recommend this motorhomes too highly. Its in very good condition, well appointed / equiped, and everything works. There were even as few extras added which was a lovely touch.
Dan and Helen were great to deal with and very helpful.
I would hire this motorhome again anytime we are planning a touring holiday without any hesitation.
