SKY – Unique Rustic Off-grid/EHU Campervan in Cornwall

This campervan has everything you need for your getaway adventure.
The campervan is a Ford Transit 125 T350 LWB 2.4 TD High Top 3 berth. 3 belted seats in cab (driver plus 2 passengers). Full standing height. Very simple to use and easy to drive. I can provide everything you could need so all you have to bring is yourself and your clothes. The campervan is covered by fully comprehensive insurance and breakdown assistance so you don’t have to set up your own.
Sky has been converted to a high standard with a very comfortable fixed double bed which has tie back curtains for added privacy. 2 fixed seats with removable table in middle, a spacious living/kitchen area with plenty of worktop space and a sink with running water. The 50L fresh water containers under the worktop in the cupboard are easily re-filled if necessary from the other end of the work top with a funnel and do not need to be removed for filling. This cupboard also contains a waste water tank. The seats can quickly and easily convert to a small single bed. Sky has lots of storage areas for your belongings which consist of drawers (shelving with storage baskets) and cupboards which are under and above the worktop and a large area above the cab. There are also drawers under the bed, cupboards above the end of the bed and a large storage area in the rear of the van under the bed which has large opening doors. The opening windows have handmade insulated blackout magnetic window covers. The toilet is a flushable porta potti located discreetly under one of the built in seats and can be used where it is (includes toilet paper!). It is very comfy!
For your cooking and heating there are 2 x portable gas stoves and 2 x toasting racks for use inside or outside (4 x full gas canisters included).
Fixtures include – New Diesel Air Heater in living area. Reversing camera with 7" display, 270w solar panel, 2 x opening roof vents/skylights, opening privacy windows in living area, electric hook up lead (plus extension leads with sockets) and various USB charging points (and cigarette type sockets) for phone or laptop etc, fixed fan, touch dimmer lights above bed and a small 12v fridge in rear. The Stereo is a Bluetooth 7” Touch screen. There is a 600wt 24v power converter and leisure battery. The solar panel and the van’s alternator charge the leisure battery and there is a battery status panel which continually shows you the amount of charge in the leisure battery.
There is a hatch opening between the cab and the living area which can be left open or closed up for privacy. You can park Sky in a normal parking space with a bit of an overlap. Levelling blocks on board.

All bedding and linen which includes Duvet and pillows with up to 3 sets of duvet covers, sheets and pillow cases. I also provide bath towels, hand towels and t towels.
Camping table/s and 4 x camping chairs (or more)
All kitchen equipment to include cutlery, pots & pans, whistling kettle (gas & electric) plates, bowls, cups, glasses, can/bottle opener, measuring jug, chopping boards etc etc ….
Washing up kit (Liquid, scourers/dish brush, cloths etc)

Pets are allowed for a £10 supplement payable at time of collection:
I can provide a pet package which can include the following:
Dog beds or cushions, dog crate, dog towels, fleeces, tie out leads and spikes, extending dog leads, water and food bowls, attachments for seat belts, dog balls, toys and a ball launcher stick. (plus dog poo bags)

I will hand over a clean van with a full tank of diesel. Fresh water will be filled in containers for you. There is flexibility on pick up and drop off times and if you wish you can leave your own car at my home.

Sky is based in South East Cornwall on the Devon border next to Plymouth. Plymouth train station and Brittany Ferries is a short drive from where we live. If required I can make arrangements to collect you from the train station or docks.

There are a lot of caravan and camping parks open all rear round in Cornwall and Devon. There is a great App for finding places to stay with lots of information called 'park4night'. Also, there is a good face book page that you can join.
