The handover with Gary went perfectly. Gary is a very nice man. There were four of us in the car: two adults and two children (5 and 10). The car was perfectly adequate. We only stayed in campsites, but the car has pretty much everything you need. Except for a toilet and shower. The refrigerator was sufficient; it runs on batteries, so it can be switched on all the time. Gary gave us plenty of pillows and blankets. An electric heater was also included, but we only used it once. The car is great because it fits everywhere. You have no problems even on narrow streets. We covered a lot of kilometers without any car problems. Gladly again.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. As first-time campervan hirers, we really appreciated how thoroughly Andy talked us through everything at handover. We used the van for a North Wales mountain biking trip with my son and had a great time. Andy was always quick to reply to questions, and when we had a minor issue with the stove attachment, he organised an overnight replacement to our campsite. Couldn't ask for better service. Nova is amazing! We went away for a long weekend with two young children and had the best time. We had plenty of space and all the equipment you could need. My daughter and I did a very last minute trip in Gerald and Vicky and Simon went out of their way to accommodate this. Gerald is a superb campervan. It drove amazingly and they had everything we could need for our two night trip. All cooking equipment, an awning, chairs and tables. Fantastic motorhome, Steve was great to deal with from start to finish, if we were unsure of anything he was always available to keep us right. Had a brilliant trip to the west coast of Scotland in a very comfortable motorhome with plenty of space and everything we needed. Great price and handovers were very easy with Steve. Great experience overall. Brett was 100% helpful before, during, and after the hire, and was always quick to answer any questions. There were a few minor issues with the motorhome, which I made Brett aware of, so I couldn’t quite give 5 stars this time. He was very appreciative of the feedback and is getting everything sorted, so future customers should have an even better experience and I’d expect they’ll be giving 5-star reviews.
