Naomi and her husband are so lovely and were so kind and welcoming when we picked up the camper. The process was really smooth and we were shown a lot of things in a very short space of time! The camper was easy to drive and we took it on the motor way, quieter roads, hills and lanes and it was all very manageable. We visited South Wales for 5 nights and Naomi was very easy going when we were expected back so had an extra few hours on the last day too which was lovely. We were all very comfortable and even though we are essentially 4 adults and it was cramped the camper was great. Fortunately the weather was great too so we could be outside. There was some feedback that I gave Naomi about the battery not lasting very well ( we like wild camping but could only do 2 nights as the battery didn't last) and because of this we needed more appliances to cook properly like a camping kettle and a frying pan but Naomi noted this and is going to supply them and I think put in a new battery?) The manual is full of great instructions but was at times quite confusing so I think could be made clearer in parts ( I think the fridge is different for the one on the book) Our car was also kept safely for the days we were away and I wasn't worried about its safety or security. Naomi was on hand on the phone when we had problems and answered really quickly. Over all a great experience and a lovely holiday and I would definitely recommend.

Having Buzz as our base for Latitude was truly doing a festival with all the creature comforts. Buzz is so thoughtfully kitted out, and not just quantity of items but quality too: a morning cup of tea in beautiful mug, or beating the cool of the dawn snuggling with the softest of blankets – everything about Buzz just really made our break special. Buzz isn’t just a campervan – he’s a Glampavan! Justin was super helpful, promptly responding to any enquiries and on the day of pick up really taking time to ensure we were happy with how to use all the van. All the paperwork was done quickly and professionally, with no problems. The handover with Gary went perfectly. Gary is a very nice man. There were four of us in the car: two adults and two children (5 and 10). The car was perfectly adequate. We only stayed in campsites, but the car has pretty much everything you need. Except for a toilet and shower. The refrigerator was sufficient; it runs on batteries, so it can be switched on all the time. Gary gave us plenty of pillows and blankets. An electric heater was also included, but we only used it once. The car is great because it fits everywhere. You have no problems even on narrow streets. We covered a lot of kilometers without any car problems. Gladly again.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. As first-time campervan hirers, we really appreciated how thoroughly Andy talked us through everything at handover. We used the van for a North Wales mountain biking trip with my son and had a great time. Andy was always quick to reply to questions, and when we had a minor issue with the stove attachment, he organised an overnight replacement to our campsite. Couldn't ask for better service. Nova is amazing! We went away for a long weekend with two young children and had the best time. We had plenty of space and all the equipment you could need. My daughter and I did a very last minute trip in Gerald and Vicky and Simon went out of their way to accommodate this. Gerald is a superb campervan. It drove amazingly and they had everything we could need for our two night trip. All cooking equipment, an awning, chairs and tables.
