Bosley – 4 berth VW Baywindow bus from 1970

Enjoy a relaxing break with BOSLEY, our handsome left hand drive, 1970 bay window VW Camper. He has been lovingly restored and maintained to a high standard by us over the last 18yrs since he was imported from California.
Bosley has 4 belted seats, 3 x 3 point seat belts and 1 lap belt on the rear bench seat. Bosley sleeps 4, 2 adults and 2 children, comprising a rock n roll bed, 1 children’s bed in the pop top roof and 1 short children’s bed over the front cab seats. Bosley can be hired with a large family drive away awning with a carpeted living space and a 4 berth blacked out bedroom increasing the sleeping capacity to 8.
Bosley is set up for electric hook up and has an electric cooler and 2 3 point sockets. There is also a leisure battery which powers the internal lighting and CD player. He has a fold up table which seats 4. There are full curtains and a foil blind for the front window giving you privacy.
Bosley is Left hand drive and has many original features and will give you a unique, authentic 1970’s driving experience, there is no power steering so make sure you pack your arm muscles! He is air cooled and enjoys the journey at a relaxed pace, he is comfortable cruising at a maximum of 55mph and likes a 15 minutes break every 90 mins to cool off.

Rental includes a camping table and 4 chairs, crockery, cutlery, mugs, kettle, toaster, water storage, small portable BBQ, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, spare wheel, games equipment (cricket, boules). High back booster seat/booster seats are available on request.
