Collection:
Motorhome will be available to collect from 5pm onwards on the first day of hire please allow 45 minutes for a handover.
Motorhome must be returned by 5pm on the last day of hire please allow 45 minutes for a handover.

Rules:
There is a strict no smoking policy in the motorhome
Cleaning kit supplied so please note you will be liable for inflated cleaning charges if the motorhome is not returned in the condition it was received.
Motorhome will have a full tank of diesel and a full tank of water for when you arrive. Please ensure the motorhome is returned full of diesel otherwise you will be charged - water may be left empty
Waste water and toilet must be emptied before returned - if not additional charges will apply
Toilet chemicals will be supplied - these must be used and please do not use any other chemicals in the motorhome toilet
Any toys or games lost or damaged to be replaced with similar items or you will be charged
Awning must never be left wound out unattended (over night or when off site) - do not use in windy conditions
BBQ must be cleaned

Additional charges will be charged at the following rates

Toilet cassette not emptied and cleaned £100
WC and shower not cleaned £25
Oven, hob or BBQ not cleaned £20 per appliance
Upholstery stain or damage £150
Evidence of smoking £300
Evidence of damage to external bodywork/ awning will be charged accordingly
Hirer must not attempt to repair the mechanics of the vehicle
Prior approval will be required for mechanical breakdown issues

Failure to comply will result in charges in accordance of damage
