Everything is provided including cooking utensils. Smoking, frying and candles are not permitted.
No dogs are allowed. It has a bicycle rack for 4 bicycles, air conditioning in the living area
TV (Tv Vlaanderen).

We expect upon return
The inside is clean, otherwise there will be an additional charge of €50 for cleaning. The outside should not be cleaned

Everything is provided for 6 people: kitchen utensils, camping table, 6 chairs, awning, ...
We also provide a gas bottle + spare gas bottle, toilet fluid.
Only to take with you: bath towels, kitchen towels, dishcloth.

Always fold the awning at night or when you are away to prevent (storm) damage. Use the burglary protection on the locks.

Unfortunately no pets allowed, even though we are animal lovers. Take the loading capacity into account! Any fines must be paid by the tenant.

You can pick up the mobile home at our home (Ranst) and immediately go on holiday (at home and abroad).

When you pick up the mobile home, we will provide a full explanation of the mobile home. This can also happen during a prior visit
