Victoria was incredibly friendly from our very first conversation about dates. She was always quick to respond, answered all of our questions, and made the whole booking process so easy.
When we arrived to collect the van, it was immaculate, beautifully presented, and incredibly stylish. The handover was thorough without feeling overwhelming, and the digital check-in process using the app was really straightforward. Victoria took the time to explain everything clearly, had even printed out instructions for us to take away, and made it clear that we could contact her at any point during our trip if we needed anything. Thankfully, we didn’t need to because everything worked perfectly.
Returning the van was just as simple and hassle-free.
If you’re looking for a high-spec campervan and someone who is genuinely friendly, professional and easy to deal with, I can’t recommend Victoria highly enough. We had an amazing weekend and are already looking at dates for our next adventure!
