Took Fergus up to the peaks and he did not disappoint. Nice & comfortable to drive, spacious to live out of for few days. Mel was a great host to book from, very detailed on how Fergus worked and knowledgeable on VW camping.
Motorhome and Campervan Hire in Ingliston
We hired Fergus for a trip to Wales to paddleboard on the Brecon Canal. Superb van, easy to drive, comfortable and has everything you need for a weekend camping trip. He was easy on the fuel too. Communication with Mel was great and her flexibility with pick up times etc. The whole experience was great and we would highly recommend this anyone.
It was an amazing experience. Robert is such a nice guy to interact with. He was was always open to any questions I may have during our little adventure. For me it was my first campervan experience, but it was absolutely amazing. I was impressed by the size of the bed above the cabin - a real super king-size bed where I comfortably slept myself and two young children. There is a nest which you can use to put three kids if need be. Another thing was the great space in the back with lounge and so many overhead lockers which took all the stuff from the bags and suitcases. Thanks for letting me use it Robert and I am looking forward to renting it again with my partner and kids.
Absolutely loved our stay in The Lost Boy - a brilliant experience being our first time renting a campervan, and one we would highly recommend! Charlotte and Alex were fantastic throughout - communication was excellent and they were so accommodating and helpful. There were so many extras provided, from the self inflating mattresses to camping chairs and tables, games for the children and car seats, which made for a really comfortable and easy stay. We've also definitely got the campervan bug! The Lost Boy was full of character and well kitted out, and provided everything we needed to cook, eat, sleep and shelter from the rain! Charlotte and Alex have thought of everything. As a family of four (with kids aged 4 and 7), we slept well despite my partner being 6'2, and the kids loved being in sleeping bags in the pop up roof. I'd recommend packing light as there isn't a huge amount of storage space (as the van is really well stocked with everything you need), but bringing a double duvet and our own pillows was great for that added sense of comfort. Thanks - highly recommended!
