Vehicle must never be left unlocked or had any amendments to the van without our permission. Vehicle has to be returned with full fuel tank, charges apply if not returned full. Just returned from a fantastic week away touring Scotland in Alan's motorhome.
Alan was quick at responding to any queries that we had whilst we were away and gave a very thorough explanation of the motorhome and its instructions when we collected it. The motorhome is very modern and was exceptionally clean when we picked it up. We didn't book into any campsites on our route as the leisure battery was sufficient for charging the appliances we needed to use. We downloaded an app for waste and water hook up which we changed every two / three days. The motorhome came with all the cooking / cleaning essentials that we needed. Would highly recommend booking this motorhome. Cant wait to book up again in the near future. Thankyou Alan and Taylor for all your assistance and advice!x

As a group of 6 individuals we have shown up at EDI Airport from Hungary. With the motorhome hiring everything went perfect. We could pick up and drop the car around the airport which has made our life much easier. Alan was really kind and he has shown us all the details around our home for the following week. So thank you again for the great service, it was really superb. I can only suggest to everyone if you are looking for a motorhome adventure.

The Campervan was as advertised, we had a good experience with it but when we returned it the person who received the Campervan said it was ok and later they tried to add an extra 40gbp cleaning fee, claiming we hadn’t cleaned the toilet (we had). The owner started being pushy and mean because we didn’t accept the expense and goboony had to mediate (and took our side). It was sad to end up in such a bad way what had been a good experience. If you end up renting with this guy I recommend filming everything upon pick up and return.

Glad most off the trip was good, out off numerous hires this is the one and only time we have ever had to charge a fee for cleaning, as anyone can imagine emptying excrement out of the toilet and cleaning toilet is not a nice experience an I can assure you this was not done, you messaged saying u couldn’t find anywhere to empty waste as you tried numerous sites but none would allow you to do so we explained that there isn’t anywhere where this can be done for free, but yet you managed to find somewhere within 10 mins from us told us where we enquired with site as we couldn’t understand how toilet wasn’t cleaned out if u did some how manage to get access and where informed by site you had in fact never been there and under no circumstances they would allow you to empty had you not been booked in guy actually laughed as he thought I was joking , we also had multiple complaints from community centre for customer trying to dispose off rubbish in their bin , being rude to the manager when asked to remove their rubbish as it’s intended for private use , as you say platform “sided with you” and only reason for this was because you took the returning GoForm with you while talking to my partner so we didn’t have a copy , still embarrassed it got to the point off a dispute and one which will never be made again , so anyone reading this and doesn’t want to clean out toilet before returning vehicle then our vehicles are not ones for you , as for comment regarding pics filming ect this is actually procedure on return and is welcomed , as I have told you before you would never be allowed to hire from us ever again , and beware anyone taking a chance with allowing customer to book with them

Alan gave us a good introduction to how the vehicle works and assured us that everything would be fine (he might have seen a glimpse of some uncertainty in my eyes when approaching my first driving experience with a motorhome). The van was well equiped and we could easily use it for both staying at camp sites and on our own when finding a nice spot. Alan also gave us some nice advice on where to go. All in all we had a great trip with perfect weather (uncertain if this could be attributed to the lender) and in the end everything worked all fine.
