La location du van s'est parfaitement bien passée ! Il est parfaitement aménagé pour un couple. Nous n'avons jamais eu froid, malgré les températures extérieures parfois basses. Le boitier automatique du van est le bienvenu car la conduite à droite et les routes écossaises sont parfois exigeantes. Scott a été disponible tout au long de notre séjour quand nous en avions besoin. C'est quelqu'un de très professionnel, arrangeant, mais aussi très sympathique. Comme c'était notre premier voyage en van, il a pris le temps de nous expliquer son utilisation, et nous a rassuré sur son fonctionnement. Lifted roof was great for standing up and bed was comfortable. Scott was incredibly helpful and welcoming for our first trip to Scotland. Le véhicule est bien équipé, le lit facile à ouvrir, l'opportunité d'avoir de la place en plus à l'intérieur en ouvrant le toit était très pratique et il y a assez de place à l'intérieur pour profiter même quand il pleut. Le van passe partout et est facile à conduire, notamment pour une première en van. Il a une très bonne reprise, par exemple dans les montagnes des Highlands, et nous a permis de passer absolument partout. Je recommande à 1000%.

Le séjour s est bien passé, (mais ce n'est pas forcément adapté avec des enfants en bas âge car la capucine n est pas securisable : notre petite n avait que 2ans 1/2). Véhicule très agréable à conduire et confortable. Le lit avec le surmatelas à mémoire de forme est vraiment très confortable. Nous n'avons pas dormi dans la chambre de toit. Nous sommes partis au mois de mai et même si nous avons eu quelques journées à moins de 10 degrés, nous n'avons jamais eu froid la nuit, le véhicule est très bien isolé (pas de chauffage dans le van). La petite cuisine est fonctionnelle, la vaisselle limitée mais suffisante pour nous deux. Quelques crochets auraient été appréciés pour pendre des serviettes ou vêtements, mais dans l'ensemble l'aménagement du van est bien pensé.
Des produits de première nécessité étaient présents (sel, poivre, huile, vinaigre, thé, café, PQ, sopalin, produit d'entretien...), ce qui a été bien pratique.
Scott est très sympathique et très arrangeant. Il est venu nous chercher à l'aéroport avant de nous conduire chez lui, à proximité de l'aéroport, pour la prise en main du véhicule. Le retour a été cool, Scott fait confiance et n'est pas du genre à tatillonner.
