RON – RON 3/4 berth Chausson

RON is a compact 6 meter motorhome with all the comforts you require for an enjoyable break. He has a fixed double French bed and the dining room converts into another extra wide single bed (3ft by 6ft) that in reality would be comfortable for one adult or 2 small children only.

RON is a very easy vehicle to drive (B license, only) and is based on the Ford cab which is very familiar feel to most Fords cars. It can easily be driven and parked in most street and outdoor car parks, without the added costs of paying for 2 bays. This allows for easy access for town and city breaks. It is Insulated to level 3 which means it can be used all year round meaning at -15 outside it can retain +20 inside by use of the factory fitted diesel heater, ideal for those Scottish winter skiing and fishing trips. It has solar panels and large 120 Ltr onboard Fresh water tank and 100 Ltr Grey water tank (used Water) to allow for longer wild camping periods.
It is also fitted with a tow bar, if required we have a 3 cycle carrier as an attachment free of charge and for trailers (please see T&C's)
It also means you can still get quality time when visiting friends and family without impeding on anyone else space and have a base wherever you park.

Ron is a 2.2 Ltr Diesel with a 6 speed manual transmission. Cruise control, cab air conditioning, electric heated mirrors reversing sensors and camera for added assurances.
All living area windows have black out shutters and fly screens to allow ventilation without entry to flies and bugs including all roof windows and vents.

The kitchen has everything you need - a 3 ring hob, grill, with a separate stand alone electric oven and microwave to be used when on EHU, fridge/freezer, crockery, cutlery, Pans and utensils . The washroom has mixer taps on the sink and shower, perfect for those hot / cold showers on those wintry or hot summer days. The washroom also has its own heater vent and hanging rail for drying wet clothes
