NC500 – 2 berth MWB Mercedes Sprinter

The NC500 is a purpose built MWB Mercedes Sprinter. Fitted with all necessary features, the van is designed to follow the well trodden route that is the NC500. Designed with off grid camping as its primary purpose the vehicle benefits from ample built in power (solar & 2xB2B) providing hot water & light, along with 240v for the straightening tongs! Diesel heating and gas cooking facilities complete the necessary requirements along with an inside and outside shower and even a toilet (though for the prudish amongst you this may present a challenge :) The doughty Mercedes Diesel engine provides ample power and will happily average 30mpg. Combined with all weather tyres and a tough rugged body shell, this Sprinter will take on the roads and tracks of the NC500 with the agility of a mountain goat.
Obviously getting a full galley kitchen, dining area, a queen sized bed and shower into such a small van creates some compromises, but it's all tried and tested and a thorough handover will ensure you'll be able to enjoy the route without worry.
All the necessary kitchen utensils are included along with salt and pepper and washing up liquid.
All you'll need is food and clothing. There's a 30 litre fridge and the option of another to place in the garage if you're bringing plenty of beer (soft drinks recommended too) outside table and two chairs and loads of other bits.
If you don't want to do the NC500, you can of course rent the van or maybe take one of or others, the NY500, YD500 or the imaginatively named Lakes500.
