This van has been a gem, taking me to the lakes, the beach, the forest, the lochs , northberland and the Pennines in wet conditions and has handled the road fantastic with the all weather Tyres. All off grid effortlessly. We stretched the water out too. Pick up was smooth with safe and ample parking for my car and Emily was friendly helpful. The van has so much space for all my over packing , outdoor stuff included and the golf clubs with great storage solutions inside and I particular like the over bed clothes nets for getting dressed in the morning. The bed was comfy, the kitchen had everything apart from a tin opener which I packed and a bottle opener which I didn’t! We didn’t heat the water in the first day driving but soon worked it out. The heater was quiet and cosy. The seats to swivel are abit stick and better to do with doors open and once you get the knack are easy. The dining table is also quick and easy. The van was economical on diesel too. Jason was flexible with pick up and drop off which help the mile management through the journey. Will be hiring again. November 2025

Me and the Mrs had a great time doing the Scotland NC500 in Jason’s Mercedes Slrinter van. Rear wheel drive with off road tires made it a very capable machine and handled the roads very well. This is not a motorhome with all the bells and whistles. It is very good at off grid, we did not plug this van into any power for the 10 days we used it. We did the nc500 in it and as a couple with a dog it was perfect. Lots of little things that made a difference (shower on the back so we did not bring sand or dirt into the van worked a treat for j stance). Some minor issues during the holiday, but Jason was on hand to answer questions and none of the issues were enough for us to break stride on our adventure. August 2025

Simply amazing! We hired the NC500 yellow sprinter for ten days, with the plan to complete the 500 in a particularly snowy January. We arrived in Scotland after a week of very heavy snow fall. The camper handled it perfectly, we had nights that fell below -9 and it remained comfortably warm, and cozy with minimal use of the heater. An hour on a night before sleep, and set with the thermostat to come on an hour before we woke was plenty to keep the cab warm. Which is a testament to the build quality and thought that went into fit out. It does not lack in anything you could need for any trip. Instant hot water with a large capacity tank allowed us to stay off the beaten track without the need for fresh water refills for days, good battery capacity ensured we never ran low on power. Even using 240v for kettles. Hairdryers ect. Which is a nice extra if you’re going off grid for a number of days. The storage and garage area is brilliant for paddle boards, bikes ect. Huge comfortable bed. And most impressively a hot shower at the end of the day. The van itself drives brilliantly, has plenty of power for mountainous roads. And is still compact enough that it doesn’t feel too big on switchbacks, or narrow B roads. The camper allowed us to focus on the scenery and locations we were heading without compromise or worry and I would highly recommend to everyone. Don’t be afraid to do the NC500 in winter! We had an outstanding time. From the lead up to the booking all the way to returning the van and everything in between couldn’t been more perfect. Jason, goboony and the van I genuinely do not have anything to complain about. Nothing. Exceptional service. The van build itself has been built in a way that means travel is dead quite, no cups and plates clanking around which were supplied along with ALL cooking accessories. Lots of storage both above bed , below the bed & extended into the very large garage. We took 2 paddle boards and ALOT of stuff(too much, the van had everything) and still we had space in the garage. There’s space in the front to make a doggo seat, our boy loved it. The shower works surprisingly well and getting dinner done, getting washed and the bed back up doesn’t take long nor is it inconvenient - just maximises your space during the day. All and every additional accessories related to camping or van life was included. Exceptionally priced, great value for money and ever more fun! We will be hiring again October 2024

Beautiful experience! We found the campervan comfortable and cozy, as well as practical in daily organization. It has everything you need. The dimensions are perfect for the narrow streets along the NC500 and you can park it anywhere. The ability to connect your smartphone with Android Auto is very useful.
