Layout wise she has a side kitchen with fridge, sink with running water. Ample storage in the cupboards and I have catered for most people providing pots, pans, cooking oil, utensils, washing up equipment etc.

Tea, coffee, sugar always topped up but please feel free to bring your own.

When you arrive,
we will need to take a photocopy of your driver’s licence and two proofs of ID from each driver
UK licences Documentation to retain from each driver:
1. PH must see the original and collect a Copy of the photo card drivers’ licence (Address & ID must be up to date)
2. Online DVLA licence check - only UK driving licences.
3. Two forms of proof of address (Address must match the drivers licence)
4. Cleared a traceable security deposit (BACS, Credit/Debit Card, Paypal, Cheque etc)
5. Signed rental agreement (Templates can be found online) The following documentation is acceptable for proof of address alongside One Utility Bill/Statement: (Must be dated within 90 days of the hire date)

Driver criteria:
1. All drivers must have held a full licence for a minimum of 24 months
