Everything went well in terms of booking and communication. Collection was straightforward and I was able to see the van before we travelled. Host was helpful and responded to queries promptly before and during the trip. We travelled through mid-Wales stopping in Brecon and Elan Valley near Rhayder taking Hospel Pass and Mountain Pass to Aberystwyth, both of which were stunning journeys. Van was simple to use and we slept well. The host provided outdoor chairs and other helpful items and being able to make coffee first thing was lovely! Would do it all again June 2026

From start to finish, the communication we had with Jack and Duncan was excellent. We have never done this before and they made us feel confident, especially during the hand over where Duncan, helpfully, took us through all that we could possibly need to know about the van. We had the most amazing 5 days down in Cornwall and having the van made it much more comfortable for us, especially the fridge during trips to the beaches! The narrow roads, steep inclines and declines were plenty, but the van made light work of these. Would definitely rent the van again and recommend it wholeheartedly. Thank you! August 2025

I hired the van for a long weekend to go to a festival. The bed was really comfortable, the van was well equipped and the checklist that Duncan provided before the trip was really helpful. Communication was quick, clear and helpful even when faced with ridiculous questions. I'm a novice van user and a very reluctant camper but I had a a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Had a great experience and the van held out great for the whole 3600 mile journey. The battery lasted us forever and didn’t need even a single plug for electricity. The hotness if the 2nd floor was very high but that’s to be expected if used during a heatwave 😅 Fuel was very decent. We avrg. about 35 miles per gallon but it really spends on where you take it and how you drive👌 All the amenities worked fine and the fridge worked amazingly the whole journey. July 2024
