Here you will find a spacious queen-size bed, a bathroom with a full shower and toilet, an L-shaped kitchen with a large refrigerator, a seating area with 2 captain's chairs, a 1-seater sofa and a 2-seater sofa.
During the day, the queen-size bed transforms into a lovely lounge sofa.
Besides the queen-size bed, a sleeping area (up to 160 cm long) can be created in the dinette. And for true campers (or kids!), two additional sleeping areas can be optionally created in a sleeping tent* under the awning, next to the camper.

We chose Hymer for a reason. This brand has been at the top for over 65 years, and the quality convinced us: German reliability!
This Hymer is also built on a comfortable AL-KO chassis with independent suspension. Combined with the 16-inch alloy wheels and the tuned Fiat engine with 160 hp, it makes for a fantastic drive.
And also important for your safety: with a payload of 700 kg, this camper really stays under 3,500 kg.

And it's also economical: LPG cooking and a tuned engine. This Hymer keeps your vacation affordable. The Fiat Ducato diesel engine and the Hymer's aerodynamics allow for a fuel consumption of just 7 liters per 100 km (1:14).
No hassle with expensive gas bottles: simply fill up with LPG at the pump and cook, cool and heat cheaply.

KITCHEN
Donna has furnished the kitchen in a contemporary and luxurious style, featuring stylish tableware where wood and bamboo perfectly complement the jungle atmosphere. The Nespresso machine* has a 6-amp power supply, and on gas, your espresso comes from a percolator. A milk frother is in the drawer for your cappuccino. For a healthy start to the day, you'll find a Braun citrus juicer*. The kitchen also offers pans in all sizes, and—last but not least—we also have an Omnia* oven for your fresh croissant!
Do you like cooking outdoors? Then connect a skottelbraai* to the extra gas connection.

TO SLEEP
The queen-size bed is a comfortable double island bed with a Hymer mattress, adjustable headboard, reading lamps, bedside table, glasses case, and built-in speakers. The mattress measures 140 x 193 cm as standard and can be shortened to 170 cm as a lounge bed. No climbing, no dangerous steps: simply step out of bed safely into a cozy bedroom: illuminated by dimmed LED lighting in the evening and with a surprising view in the morning as you look out through the large panoramic windows. All windows can be opened and are fitted with net curtains, pleated blinds, and gauze. The roof hatches are also fitted with pleated blinds and gauze. A mosquito won't easily disturb your sleep!

SANITARY
Enjoy a wonderful shower with a generous spray, from steaming hot to refreshingly cold, in a separate shower cubicle. And you can shower not only indoors, but also outdoors! The outdoor shower is cleverly hidden behind your campervan and also has hot and cold water, as well as a handy hand shower.
The Thetford toilet has recently been renewed (Fresh Up set) and is equipped with an extraction system (SOG) so that your camper continues to smell fresh ;-)
The bathroom also offers plenty of storage space and a handy 220 Volt socket, so your toothbrush or razor is always charged and ready.

OUTSIDE
Outdoor seating is available on Bardani chairs and a stylish Bo-Camp Urban Outdoor Southwark bamboo camping table. And if that's not enough comfort, we also have a double hammock* ready for you.
If you like to look neat and tidy, bring a tent carpet*. We have them available in two sizes.
If you're looking for shade, the new Fiammi sun canopy is the best option. For shelter from the wind, the optional wind screens* are within easy reach.
Is it getting too cold, or too hot? Besides pleated blackout blinds, we also offer extra window and cabin insulation* for every season.
For your camper laundry, use the handy, fold-out Fiamma Wash Dry laundry rack – located under the bike rack. It comes with a handy supply of clothes pegs, of course.
We've thought of everything!

AFFORDABLE
Keep your vacation affordable: we'll work with you. We'll cool, cook, and heat with LPG. It's affordable and readily available at the pump. Your tank will be full upon departure.
Solar panels provide you with free electricity.
The Fiat Ducato diesel engine and the Hymer streamlined chassis deliver a fuel consumption of 8 liters per 100 km, achievable at 90 km/h. When driving alongside trucks, it even drops to 7 liters per 100 km.

TV/SATELLITE/AUDIO
For enthusiasts, this Hymer has a built-in TV. A satellite dish is mounted on the roof, which can be automatically controlled from inside the vehicle. With a CI module and/or an optional subscription*, you can receive your favorite TV channels throughout Europe.
But honestly, in many places, streaming via Wi-Fi or your own hotspot with a tablet or laptop is more convenient. If you choose that option, connect your device—just like your phone—to the Kenwood car radio via Bluetooth or USB and listen in cinema-quality audio through the Alpine speaker set with subwoofer. And that sounds fantastic—on the highway and at the campsite! Or how about watching a movie on your lounge sofa? We've even installed speakers for you by your bed.

SAFETY
In addition to central locking, the doors can also be equipped with Heo-Safe* locks. This allows the doors to be locked additionally, and only from inside the camper.
We also value good maintenance – valuable for your and our safety. In the fall of 2024, all camper installations were inspected, the tanks were cleaned, and the roof hatches and awning were replaced. The camper has new summer tires, and shortly before the summer season, the Fiat part will receive its regular maintenance and a new MOT.

WEIGHT
A large payload is a plus. It helps you avoid overload fines and/or insurance claims being rejected because your camper is too heavy. This was our reason for choosing this Hymer with a payload of no less than 700 kg.
A campervan can quickly become too heavy. The weight of a (bare) campervan itself is often already approximately 5% more than the registration number indicates (approximately 100 kg). Water and other liquids then end up on that.
(± 100 kg) in the tanks, a half-full diesel tank (± 50 kg), the weight of 3 persons (± 200 kg), the inventory (± 50 kg), a full refrigerator (± 50 kg), accessories (± 50 kg) and your own luggage (± 100 kg).
In short: you'll quickly reach a payload of 700 kg. It's good to know that this Hymer 598 keeps you within the limits, helping you avoid fines or insurance issues.

AL-KO
Another advantage of a top brand like Hymer is the use of an AL-KO chassis. You drive with a construction optimized for a motorhome. The motorhome has a wide track layout, which means the rear wheels are positioned further out than the front wheels. This improves roadholding.
In addition, this AL-KO chassis is lowered, resulting in a lower camper body and a lower center of gravity. This improves driving quality and your safety.
The suspension on an AL-KO chassis is also superior. Instead of the commonly used leaf springs, this AL-KO chassis uses shock absorbers with a torsion beam. And that's pretty close to the independent suspension we know from luxury cars.
All in all, a lot of driving comfort and also a serious improvement in your safety.

Pets* are welcome, but please consult with us. To keep the campervan spotless, we'll perform an additional ozone cleaning. This takes some time, so for subsequent rentals, we ask for your flexibility regarding return times.

- In Amersfoort you can park your car on our own premises*
- If you come by train, it is also convenient: the camper is right next to Amersfoort Central Station
