Turn your holiday into a real adventure with Fiep, my extended classic Volkswagen T4 from 1994. Not a standard camper or rental car, but a unique vintage vehicle with character and an original Volkswagen interior!
I myself have traveled with Fiep to the Balkans, Morocco, and many places in Europe, and have stayed overnight in the most extraordinary locations. Waking up among the mountains, in the middle of nature, or with a view of the sea – those are the moments that make this bus so special. Although the interior is still completely original, Fiep has been technically completely renewed. Thanks to the overhauled engine, you can go on an adventure with peace of mind. The exterior has also been fully treated and shines like new again.
Whether you're going surfing, climbing, hiking, or just want to wander around without fixed plans: Fiep is made for the outdoors. Find a beautiful spot by the sea, in the woods, or in the mountains, unfold your chair, and enjoy the simple life along the way.
Are you looking for a holiday that is just a little bit different? Then Fiep might just be your ideal travel companion.
Practical information:
The van has a standing height of approximately 190cm and is equipped with a lovely 135 x 195 fold-out bed. A kitchen with two gas burners. A tap with an extendable hose, allowing you to use it for an outdoor shower. There is a diesel heater to keep you nice and warm and an awning for both sun and rain :). The passenger seat is swivelable, and under this seat is a safe for securely storing important items. There is plenty of storage space, perfect for when you want to go away with 1, 2, or more people who can pitch a tent next to it. You can drive in it with a total of 5 people (5 seatbelts available). There is a portable toilet; you can choose whether you want to take it with you (I never use it myself). There is a small solar panel, allowing me to stay parked for about 2 to 3 days and have enough electricity for light use. Think of charging your phone, laptop, or other devices. There is also an inverter installed, allowing you to charge at 230V. The leisure battery also charges while driving.
I have already had many adventures with Fiep, and I hope I can share that experience with you as well.
It's still an old van, so it drives like one too :) You can easily do 120 on the highway with it, but it prefers 100 (also more economical :)
In a nutshell:
The bus is 2.5 meters high
The refrigerator operates on shore power or LPG gas.
You also cook with LPG gas, which you can refuel at a petrol station.
The water tank is approximately 50 liters
