As a first-time campervan user, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Everything from booking to collection and return was incredibly smooth and straightforward. The campervan itself was spotless, comfortable, and surprisingly well-equipped. It had absolutely everything we could have needed and more. The owners had thoughtfully stocked it with essentials, including spices, kitchen supplies, and even a smoothie maker, which was a lovely touch and made our trip feel even more special. The campervan was very easy to drive. All the features and equipment were fully functional and easy to use, making the whole experience stress-free. It was clear that the vehicle is well maintained and cared for. We had a fantastic trip and would not hesitate to recommend this campervan to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-equipped, and reliable home away from home.

This was our first experience of hiring a motor home and Zac made the whole experience so easy . He responded promptly to any communication and really could not have been more helpful and informative. The van itself was immaculate and well stocked with everything we could possibly need. They explained everything with patience, kindness and professionalism. Before our trip, they sent us detailed videos that made everything easy to understand and gave us confidence from day one. When we collected the motorhome, we immediately felt welcomed and cared for. Mel and Annie treated us with such warmth and kindness that they felt more like family than rental hosts. Throughout the entire trip, they were always available whenever we had a question, responding quickly and helpfully. That level of support is invaluable when travelling through remote places such as Orkney and Shetland. The motorhome was spotless and performed perfectly throughout our journey. Everything worked exactly as explained, and the collection and return process was smooth and stress-free. The motorhome was excellent, but what truly made the difference was Mel and Annie. Their kindness, support and genuine care gave us complete confidence throughout the entire trip. Thanks to Mel and Annie, we enjoyed what was truly the trip of a lifetime. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An absolute gem of a hire — can’t recommend Phil enough! Phil was friendly, informative and patient with all my questions. Pick-up was straightforward and stress-free — Phil gave clear, thorough instructions, and being able to leave my car on the road nearby was a really handy touch. The Mercedes Sprinter itself is fantastic. The interior is well thought out and has everything you could need for a holiday away. The kitchen is fully equipped, and having a proper fridge is such a bonus. The bed is genuinely comfortable, and converting from the seating area takes no effort at all — it’s brilliantly simple. Throughout the trip he was easy to get hold of and always approachable — exactly the kind of reassurance you want when you’re away in someone else’s vehicle. My only regret is not booking for longer! I’ll absolutely be hiring this van again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Phil to anyone looking for a campervan experience done right. Five stars, without question.

We completed South West Cost 300 - SWC300 route in Cree's motorhome in late May 2026. The handovers went smoothly with all technicalities covered and additional videos on how things work dropped with us beforehand. The motorhome is modern, in full working order and easily accommodated the 5 of us providing smooth, economical and comfortable ride. It also gave us "home away from home" feel during our multiple stops / nights - both off the grid and at fully serviced camp sites. We will be happily returning to Cree in the future and recommending her motorhome to our friends.

We hired rhino for a family trip after looking for somewhere to stay for our holiday. It was the best choice we made At very reasonable price and perfect for what we needed for space! Communication was robust with information needed to make the start of the holiday smooth. A safe space to park my vehicle while we were away took the worrie out of leaving it. Rhino was amazing with my 3 and 4 year old children making the most of the pop top roof. The Fridge freezer and storage space was plenty enough for our journey. We all miss rhino and will definitely be hiring again! Thankyou tony for all your help, time and Communication through the whole process.

Fab motorhome everything you need .Steve always answered or replied immediately when we had any issues like how to flush the toilet or if we forgot how to work something . We drove up to Scotland and loved every minute. Would do it again . Price was really good for a decent suzed motorhome compared to some others we looked at.
