The whole process was smooth and stress-free – booking was straightforward and Amanda was really helpful, answering all our questions and making sure we felt confident before setting off. The motorhome (Stone) was spotless, well-equipped, and clearly very well maintained. It had everything we needed for the trip, and the layout was comfortable and practical, even after a long day at the festival. The AC in the living area was amazing due to the hot weather. It made the whole experience so much more enjoyable having a reliable and cosy base to come back to. Pick-up and drop-off were easy and efficient, and the handover was thorough but not overwhelming. They really care about their customers having a great experience. Overall, I’d highly recommend JDW Campers to anyone looking to hire a motorhome. Our trip was perfect. Gerry was very friendly and helpful and explained everything really clearly which meant we had no operational issues during the break. We were in Norfolk for four nights and the motorhome was exactly what we needed, the space was great, lots of storage area and a comfy living area. Hand over was excellent, very comprehensive and what really helped was the on-board manual as that provided an excellent recap. We loved campervan-ing and this was a brilliant experience. The van drove like a dream, it was a long journey (to Durham) but it was easy and comfortable.
