Laika X695 motorhome with garage

The camper is on Ford Twin mechanics with a 137 horsepower 2.4 duratorq engine
6-speed with lots of torque, has air conditioning, electric windows.
it consists of two double beds always ready, one in the queue above the garage, and one in the attic. The third double bed can be obtained from the semi-dinette.
The driving seats can be rotated to have 5 comfortable seats at the table.
it is equipped with many portholes which make it very bright.
bathroom with sink, toilet and separate shower, hot water, Truma heating.
Electrical system:
220 volt inverter - Solar panel
led lights, and leds for outdoor lighting.
two service batteries managed by a charge control unit. rear view camera, for easier manoeuvring, water tank (170 litres)
large 180-litre trivalent fridge with freezer. when traveling it runs on 12 volts while when parked it runs on gas or 220 volts if connected to the mains.
corner kitchen with sink and 3-burner hob complete with crockery, pots, etc.
basic foods already present salt sugar aromas oil coffee etc. etc.
outdoor awning and camping accessories: tables, benches, chairs, umbrellas, towels, etc. etc.
4-seater bike rack
recent 4 season tyres
the camper is 7.20 long, 3.30 meters high and 2.30 wide
it is preferable to give the vehicle to people with at least 10 years of driving license, or in any case with previous experience of driving bulky vehicles.

the camper is taken care of by the undersigned, serviced overhauled and ready to travel.

Fixed costs:
- 50 euros of cleaning is meant for external cleaning, sanitation.
-5 euros per day for availability of all equipment on board and supply of toilet fluids and gas -
in the autumn / winter period an extra cost of 38 euros for each 10 kg cylinder

The Camper is delivered clean and in perfect condition both internally and externally and must be returned as such.

If the camper is delivered with the interior not cleaned, I reserve the right to ask for up to 150 euros extra for cleaning costs.
