We always deliver the campervan with a 90L diesel tank & ADbleu 19L & gas tank 2x12.5L, are always delivered full for rental and we also expect a full return. If these are not full, the full content x official daily price will be charged. The accompanying documents list a few petrol stations in the area where you can do this for diesel/ADblue/LPG upon your return.
We ask that you DO NOT clean the outside of the campervan. We do this ourselves.
Upon delivery you will receive an empty waste water tank, empty & cleanly rinsed toilet tank and a clean interior of the campervan. We ask you to return it in the same condition. If the toilet tank is not empty and rinsed clean, a fee of 50 euros will be charged. If the waste water tank is not empty, 25 euros will be charged. If the interior is not returned clean, 30 euros for the seating area, 30 euros cockpit, 30 euros kitchen, 30 euros bathroom/toilet, 30 euros beds or 150 euros for everything (or at least 3/5 not in order) will be charged as cleaning costs.
On departure you will receive 100L of tap water, this does not have to be filled on your return. We do ask you to ONLY use tap water and not rain/well water. In case of infringement, a cleaning fee of 150 euros will be charged.
A dog is only allowed with prior consultation & approval. No festivals. Smoking prohibited. In case of infringement for each of these = 250 euros fine.
