Ellen is a great host and great communicator. Very responsive. The van was clean and we received a thorough explanation, being first time campers. We had a flat tyre on day one and Ellen tried everything to help us with that. It turned out the wheel had been repaired by the previous owner and Ellen was not aware of this. The wheel was fixed with welding which had corroded, leading to the flat tyre. The camper had some small, but non-critical issues which were explained to us clearly at pick-up. We were very unhappy with the assistence we got from Goboony's insurance, but Ellen and the camper van were great! August 2023
