We are two adults, one 11-year-old child and a dog, and we hired Lee’s van for a four night trip to Shell Island in Wales, and it was perfect. The pick-up and drop-off couldn’t have been easier, and we are very grateful to Lee for being flexible with times. The van drove beautifully and was clean, comfy and had everything we needed. We would definitely consider hiring this van again and would recommend it to anyone.

Communication with Keith both before and during our trip was excellent. He is very relaxed about everything and made the pick up and drop off easy. The Motorhome is not the newest but we had everything we needed. The bed goes across at the back and has two steps to get up onto it. Once one of you has clambered over the other it was actually remarkably spacious and comfy! There are blinds, but no curtains and we never managed to cover the windscreen although there was a foil cover provided. The back area with the bed was dark and private so we didn’t bother. The toilet was great but the shower was not really an option as it required pulling up the floor and putting the water heater on. This again was not an issue for us as there were public showers at our venue and we boiled a kettle for washing up. The oven/grill was very small and we didn’t use it so if you need that facility then you may want to look for a bigger layout? We were camping with others so we used their outdoor bbq. We were not on an electric plug in and the water and leisure battery lasted us for 3 nights with no problem (solar) The gas hob and fridge (cold) were both great. Due to the layout there was a good area to sit 4 people at the front with the driving seats rotated (a bit clunky)and a small table. The best thing was that there was a spacious garage under the bed accessible from the outside which was a game changer in terms of storage. We kept our cool box, booze, shoes and coats in there which made everything work. The reason I am being so detailed about the van is because I read every review about any specific van I want to hire and need as much info as possible to see if it will work for our needs. Having arrived at our venue, Keith messaged me to tell me that my car alarm was going off….he even suggested driving over to us (45 mins) to pick up my keys if it continued! This never happened as it stopped, but the offer was much appreciated and definitely above and beyond expectations. If you want a spanking new van with all the bells and whistles then there are bigger and more expensive companies that can provide, but I am certain they would not be as personable as Keith. So, in conclusion, I would definitely recommend Keith’s set up (he has a variety of different size vans) The £1000 deposit was returned immediately. The Motorhome world is a great community based on mutual trust - and this experience proved how true that is. Thank you Keith

We had a brilliant few days in the Campervan in East Sussex. It was our first time hiring and staying in a campervan and we will definitely do it again! Andy was excellent with all communication and handover, very friendly and professional. The van was very comfortable and well equipped and is perfect for two people and a small dog. We had trouble remembering how to assemble the rock and roll bed, but Andy was on hand to talk us through the process over the phone which was great. All in all, a very smooth and enjoyable process and we’ll definitely book again! Thank you!

From my first communication with James everything about the rental was great. Leanne was a fantastic at both pick up and drop off. Maggie was an absolute dream to drive, and set up and pack down was smooth every day of our trip. It was warm and cosy at night, and the amount of storage was perfect. Would definitely recommend hiring this campervan.

This is a gem of a motorhome. It was perfect for our first family adventure on the road through Dorset. It is modern, super clean, loads of storage, lovely bathroom and kitchen areas, and equipped with everything you could wish for. Alan and Lisa were amazing at onboarding us and were on hand for queries throughout. Surprisingly easy to drive too. Thanks to you both for sharing this special van, we all had the best time. Couldn’t recommend more highly.
