There is a cabin on the slopes and the Allenheads village is a short walk away!
Yad Moss, Cumbria
If you are an experienced or intermediate skier, and there is nobody in your group that is a beginner, we would strongly recommend this resort! With eight slopes, mostly red and some blue, you can either buy a membership pass or a day ticket. As this is quite a popular resort, it is best to buy tickets in advance as sometimes the number of tickets sold is restricted as to provide skiers with the best experience they can have.
Glenshee, Perth and Kinross
This one is definitely worth a visit, one of the best and biggest UK ski resorts, it is in Scotland and offers 36 different slopes! Perfect for any skier, from beginners to freestyle riders, you can find easy blue pistes, beautiful black ones and even perfect off-piste terrain. There are also many jumps and even a testing slalom race track and you can hire equipment on-site. With a cafe on the slopes, this resort is open from December to April and offers you one of the most amazing ski holidays in the UK and even offers many last minute ski deals!
CairnGorm Mountain, Aviemore
This resort boast with a Snowfactory, a piece of equipment that can produce a lot of snow in any weather, which means it is the safest bet in unpredictable weather conditions. A large resort, perfect for unforgettable ski holidays in the UK, you can expect over 30 km of pistes, ranging from blue to black. There is even a ski school for those unsure of jetting off on the slopes alone. With a cafe on the slopes and stunning views, this resort should definitely be on your list!
