Reading Festival is held over the August Bank Holiday weekend and is considered to be one of the biggest festivals in the UK. Reading Festival first began as the National Jazz Festival in the 1960s and continues to attract some of the world’s biggest artists. The 3-day festival is split across different stages each offering different types of acts. There are also comedy acts, theatre and after-parties with some fantastic DJs from around the world. Campervans and motorhomes are more than welcome in the designated fields and the tickets sell out quickly, so make sure to get yours!

How do I get there?

There are numerous different ways to get to the festival. They have a partnership with Big Green Coach and 41 pick-up locations. The festival is a 15-20 minute walk from Reading train station and there is a shuttle bus available as well. Or you could drive there in your motorhome using the AA signage and directions.
