Aster – 4p Volkswagen campervan from 2024

Are you going on an inspiration trip with Aster?

My name is Karlien, and after years of dreaming, I designed and built my own campervan, the Aster. It's a brand-new Volkswagen Transporter T6.2, fully custom-designed for the adventurous traveler, equipped with every comfort. The Aster can accommodate up to three people. There's sleeping space for two people downstairs and two people upstairs, so you can choose where you'd like to sleep.

Aster has a warm interior made of ecologically sourced wood with cheerful color accents in cobalt blue and light yellow. The floor is linoleum and it features attractive dimmable LED tubes and lighting in the cabinets.

With Aster, you can camp off-grid (+- 3 days) and maneuver through the city. It's compact yet equipped with all the conveniences:
- clean water tank (70l) with filter system (drinking water) with meter
- 50l waste water tank with meter and lever for opening/closing on the outside
- diesel heating with digital thermostat
- a large cool box in a drawer
- compost toilet with a supply of hemp litter
- battery on solar panel with inverter
- all cables and water connections for Europe
- 2-burner gas stove with external gas bottle
- outdoor shower with cold water and magnetic shower holder
- folding table for indoor and outdoor mounting
- toilet/shower tent
- lounge lafuma butterfly chairs
- camping table with two folding chairs
- ramps
- bicycle carrier for 3 bicycles
- all kinds of storage space
- kitchen utensils, towels, dish soap, etc.
- folding bed 160x80x14cm expandable to 110x200cm
- sleeping-lifting roof with mattress 110x200x8cm
- tow bar on request

Outside, the camper also has an awning that's easy to open. There's a nice outdoor mat and blackout blinds for the front windows.
