My first experience and what a great way to start! Lee was super helpful with exchanging messages prior to me confirming the booking. He was really flexible with collection time we needed and I when I arrived at his home to collect the Van it was immaculately presented. Lee then kindly explained everything we needed to know. Upon returning it to Lee, that was just as simple and whilst we were sad to hand it back, it was a simple process with Lee again and within a few minutes we were on our way home. Lee kindly let us leave our car on his driveway whilst we were away, which made life easier. His home is beautiful and the parking is secure behind electric gates.
