Great experience renting from Russell. He’s a really good communicator, responsive, honest and easy to deal with from start to finish. We ran into a few issues with the van along the way, but he handled it all so well, fair and quick to put things right, which made a real difference. Scotland was stunning and the van gave us the freedom to explore at our own pace. Happy to recommend Russell as a host, he clearly cares about doing right by people. Thanks again, Clement
