We’re really sorry you feel like we tried to overcharge you - we hate to charge anyone for anything but the van wasn’t just scratched - a large part of the sliding door was damaged right across the side of the van after it was scraped deeply along a wall and had indentation as well as paint removed, so it required panel beating as part of the repair and was off the road for 4 days. We sent the invoices for the work from the garage & decal business, and only recouped this amount from you. Go Boony checks all damages are handled correctly & we believe we were really understanding despite the major damage to the van, as these things can happen. We are so glad you liked the van though, and hope that your trip was still fully enjoyed despite what happened!
