This was my first ever campervan experience so I chose a van based on the two most important things for me: 1. A fixed bed and 2. A loo/shower in the van. I followed his instructions to the letter and had no problems apart from when I emptied the loo cartridge and couldn’t retract the handle. As I didn’t want to break anything, I didn’t put the cartridge back in but returned it inside the van for Matt to look at. The pick up and drop off times were completely flexible which gave me a whole day extra than the Gaboony quoted pick up times. Would recommend as an easy to drive, park and manoeuvre van.
