Camping Val d'Or

Camping Val d'Or is a quiet, cozy ***small family campsite, recognized by the ANWB and in Luxembourg (1) classified in the highest category. The area is 4 ha. There are a total of 75 pitches, with enough connectivity for electricity. The terrain along the River Clerve is intended for caravans and tents. The car can be parked outside the area, so that children can play safely on the campsite: the little ones in the Sandpit and playground, the bigger one can leave their energy on the sports field or table tennis. For every age there are sports and play possibilities.

Information: of course you always can contact with us by phone or preferably by a mail message which object is best for you. Pitches can in principle be reserved for at least a week. Rental objects in the children's holidays and high season from Saturday-Saturday. Beyond these periods is also weekend and midweek rental possible. Hiking huts can be rented by night.

Confirmation and payment: you will receive a confirmation from us by e-mail message. If you have not received a response within 2 weeks, it is advisable to call. There may be a malfunction somewhere or we can not read the messages. Please pay half of the account after receipt of the booking confirmation and the other half not later than 8 weeks before the arrival. Would you like to ensure payment on time? When it comes to a smaller amount to the amount we politely ask you to pay it at one time. Failure to payment on time, we may cancel your reservation. Reserved pitches are always fully charged. Reservations are only valid if all amounts are paid. Confirmed reservations should always be paid unless otherwise is agreed. We keep the reserved paid place free up to 12 hours after the agreed date of arrival, unless we have received from you message delay.

Cancellation: Unfortunately, you may need to cancel your holiday. We ask you to call us as soon as possible, followed by a written confirmation. Refund will not take place if you cancel. Therefore, you best can make a cancellation insurance or participate in the cancellation Fund. See the information at the rates on our website. We use the RECRON rules. However, we will still do our best to rental. If this succeeds, we will, of course, after deduction of costs incurred, repay the rent. If you can not come rightly in a rented caravan outside our debt, for example by fire, you never can claim more than the rent for compensation. Of course we are doing our best to calamities for a solution as soon as possible to ensure a pleasant stay so that you can enjoy your visit. Non-compliance with the camp rules, misconduct giving you the camping or earlier departure due to other reasons should leave gives no rights to a refund of the amounts paid. Liability: Luxembourg is a generous and guest free country. If there is still damage, loss or theft will take place, we must reject the liability therefore. We maintain our caravans and cottages. Unfortunately there still can something happen something unexpected. We ensure to failures to solve as soon as possible or take temporary measures. You will understand that we this is a situation of force majeure.

Arrival and departure: upon arrival at the reception sign in first with your passport to subscribe. If you have a caravan or cottage rented the deposit of € 50 cash you must leave behind. For the cabin you pay € 25 deposit. The bond is, when the rental object after verification is complete, clean and given back at departure after deduction of energy costs outside the high season. For the Sepkey for the campers who paid for showering, you deposit is also 25 € cash and an amount for charging. In high season we expect you in principle between 14.00 and 17.00. We like to be informed when this is not possible for you. After 22:00 is the night's sleep in and you can no longer approach the area with your car to the next morning 08:00. Upon arrival, we like it to meet all the visitors. You must clean your hired caravan or cottage before departure. Closed plastic rubbish you can put at the place opposite the reception. We expect you to leave behind your holiday stay on the day of departure at 10.00 hour in good order. We like to hear when you want to leave on a time on a very different moment. The pitches can be vacated before 12.00. The next guests like to leave the area clean and without pegs.

EXTRA TENT at the rental objects: These must be moved every 4-5 days so that the next guests also can enjoy a nice view on the green grass.

Parking: At the mobile homes and cottages there is space for parking a car. Campers and visitors can have their car on the parking lot outside the camping places. Only guests of the Annexe can put their vehicle on the parking lot within the camping places.

PETS: pets are admitted with a maximum of 1 per stay, at the prevailing prices per night. Of course, you not let your pet behind lonely. You will need to keep your companion to the line and ensure that they keep the other guests not from their sleep. Like exhausts on the other side of the road, outside the ground. Accidents must be removed immediately.

To take with you: When you rent a caravan or cottage you have to take sheets, pillowcovers, duvet covers and towels with you. For the cabins also blankets, quilts or sleeping bags. On the mobile homes and cabins the water is taken off after the autumn holiday until April because of the possibility of freezing danger of the pipes. At the cottages is longer water possible.

Damage: perhaps you break something during your stay in a cottage or mobile home. Would you, in consultation with the administrator itself ensure replacement? If you unintentionally damage to the rented object by you, we must of course you liable. Check yourself or your travel insurance covers these damages? Also broken lamps and other defects tell us during your stay so it can be replaced. We hope that the next guests can arrive in a complete and clean caravan or cottage.

Rubbish: Opposite at the reception there are containers. Helps you to divorce? Glassware, you can additionally bring in the relevant containers outside the campsite.

Drinking water: the water from the taps is cleaner than the water that you buy in bottles.

Waste water at the caravans: Waste water from the sinks of caravans must be collected in buckets or tanks and emptied in the dumps for chemical toilets and not at trees, hedges or in the river. There should never be making Goths or holes dug in the grass.

On your camping place: We urge you to not to use thick plastic covers under the tent or at the entrance to use so that the next guests also come on grass. Use of (agriculture) plastic at a touring seat is not allowed. However, ground cloth or with open structure that eco plastic mat to reuse.

Electricity: on the pitches you have 6A power = maximum 1380 Watt to use.

(Sound) nuisances: no one does something at the campsite that disturbs the pleasure of the other guests. After 23:00 hour there are no groups allowed on the camping so that sleeping people are not disturbed. When you return late at the camping site go alone and silent to your own pitch. Adults are responsible and approachable for the children. Night's rest from 22.00 – 08:00.

CAMP RULES: We assume that all our guests are aware of the camp rules in force for everyone that hangs at the front desk.
