FULLY EQUIPPED LUXURY AUTOTRAIL FRONTIER DELAWARE MOTORHOME HIRE
This motorhome is surprisingly spacious and is just under 8 metres in length. It has a good-sized living area which converts to a double bed. The cab chairs swivel around to join the party. It has a fully equipped kitchen with an excellent collection of cooking and dining utensils. The bathroom has a cassette toilet, a basin, and a shower. The fixed double bed at the rear is long enough for the giant sized friends we all have. Outside is an awning and a hose for washing down dogs and wellies. At the rear is a separately accessed good-sized garage for extra essentials.
The heating and hot water can be run off either gas or the electric hook-up cable, so if you're not able to get to a campsite every night, you can still enjoy a hot shower.
We expect you to return it clean (cleaning items are onboard). We welcome pets but not on the soft furnishings; they must not be left alone in the vehicle. We expect the toilet cassette to be emptied in a proper chemical toilet waste closet. All rubbish is to be removed. Please notify us of any lost, broken or damaged items and any damage to the vehicle. Failure to comply with any of the above will be charged to you through your deposit.
If the vehicle is not returned in presentable condition and a professional cleaning service is required a charge of £80 will be deducted from your deposit.
The Delaware Frontier is from the premium AutoTrail Frontier range and as such enjoys high standard specifications, including 150bhp engine with a six-speed gearbox, cab air conditioning, cruise control, rear camera, cab blinds, media system in the front rear bedroom. Capable of sleeping four with two seatbelts in total, the Delaware Frontier has a roomy forward lounge with plenty of light and air from the large overhead skylight. It has a very well-equipped L shape kitchen with a variety of storage options, a microwave, dual fuel hob, gas oven and grill, large 190 litre fridge freezer and roof-mounted reversible fan. The rear bedroom can be screened off and here you will find a good-sized wardrobe, dresser unit with drawers and cupboards, plus the ideal height fixed bed which easily raises to access the large storage area underneath. On each side of the bed are dual USB charging sockets. Again, there is plenty of lighting and a TV with 12v and 230v sockets. Through the door behind the bed is the stylish walk-in washroom with a nicely backlit vanity area, skylight, and toilet and opposite is a generously sized, fully lined shower.
Plated at 4250KG for maximum payload, drivers will require category C1 on their licence. Outside features include an awning, external shower, and external gas BBQ point.
We also wanted to say that although our Motorhome sleeps 4 it only has 2 travelling front seats with seat belts.
INSURANCE: You will need to take out vehicle insurance separately. We can send you details of our Insurance company called 'Comfort Insurance' based in Dagenham. The cost of this is approx. £24 per day. PLEASE NOTE: They will need 48hrs before the Insurance becomes valid.

The load limit for the garage is 150KG including 40KG for the bike rack if used.
When travelling the waste tank should be empty and the fresh water reduced to 20 L, please ensure the waste and toilet are emptied and cleaned prior to return.
Water hoses, hook-up cables, levellers and loo Eco fluid can all be found in the garage and external side compartments.
Driving license checks will be needed for all potential drivers. Only those that pass may drive the vehicle. Please note all drivers must have held their full licence for at least 2 years.
NARROW ROADS
The Motorhome is wider than a car, and you should therefore take particular care on narrow roads. Do not try to get through narrow gaps if you are not sure that you can do so without damage to the vehicle. If necessary, ask a member of your party to guide you through the gap.
OVERHEAD DAMAGE
If you normally drive a car, you will not be used to the hazards associated with a taller vehicle. Do not try to park in multi-storey car parks or in car parks where there is a height restriction bar. Also, be aware of other height hazards such as low bridges or overhanging trees. The height of the vehicle is 3.03m
REVERSING
Reversing a Motorhome is more difficult than reversing a car, and extra care must be taken. Before reversing, get out of the vehicle and inspect the area behind you for any obstructions that you may be unable to see in your wing mirrors. If space is tight, ask a member of your party to stand behind the vehicle and guide you.
NO SMOKING
Small dogs are welcome. If the van gets very dirty externally, we recommend you get this cleaned before returning, to avoid a surcharge of £80. Internally, we would expect it to be in a clean condition, along with the toilet being emptied and the fuel tank full.
