Hired van to do a five day visit to Mull & Iona. Paul not available to do handover so had a quick run through from another employee, I accept some responsibility for not asking for a demo of pop top, rock & roll bed, heating and gas function but a brief manual in the van might help others. What made Paul’s motorhome stand out was how easy it was to pick up and drop off, with a location close to public transport and excellent communication from Paul throughout. Also had some guide books in the vehicle for the NC500 and Scotland and really wishing that we explored there instead- but we will save that for next time.
