My daughter and I hired ‘Boris’ for five nights at the beginning of February. Miles explained all the features of the van and ensured the handover was smooth and straightforward. The van was fully equipped, drove beautifully, and had everything we needed to stay off-grid overlooking stunning beaches — exactly what we had planned. It was clean, comfortable, and offered more than enough space for the two of us and our dog. Miles had already printed out all the insurance and breakdown information in case we needed it, which gave us great peace of mind. Communication throughout the trip was excellent whenever we had any questions. Overall, it was a 10/10 experience and one we’ll definitely be repeating!

The handover was really smooth, friendly and detailed. I felt confident to drive the excellent van away for 3 nights. We went to Inverary, Campbelltown and even made it over to Gigha. This was over a cold February week and no pitches, worked beautifully off grid. It was my first van experience and couldn't fault it, it's motivated me to get saving for my own!

Alastair's van was great to rent and fitted the needs of our trip perfectly. It was very easy to drive, 100% roadworthy, in immaculate condition and no problems mechanically or in any other way throughout our trip. I would absolutely recommend this rental to anyone. Alastair was also a pleasure to rent from - honest, communicative and explained the details of the interior of the van very well and he was quickly responsive to any queries I had. As a first-time renter of this van for a break away I would be extremely happy renting the van and dealing with Alastair in the future.

This was my very first experience campervanning and driving a van, and I honestly couldn’t have loved it more. The van was incredibly easy and comfortable to drive, which made the whole trip feel relaxed from day one. Even my partner, who’s a seasoned campervanner, was really impressed with the design and features. It was brilliantly equipped with absolutely everything we needed — even thoughtful basics like salt and pepper, oil, washing-up liquid and cloths, which made life on the road so easy. We were both particularly impressed with the heating system, which kept us nice and toasty! Inside, the layout was fantastic. The bed was comfy, the dining area was cosy and practical, and the two-ring hob was perfect for cooking proper meals. There was loads of storage throughout — in the kitchen, living area and the garage — so everything had its place. The fridge was impressively spacious too, easily holding a good few days’ worth of food. The host was also a huge part of what made this experience so special. Ian is incredibly friendly, passionate and genuinely helpful, always responsive to any questions we had. His insights and tips really added to the trip and made us feel confident and well looked after. The campervan gave us total freedom to explore the Scottish Highlands at our own pace and was the perfect mobile base. I’d honestly recommend hiring this van over a big company — you can tell it’s been built by someone who has done a lot of research and actually spent a lot of time living in a camper. An unforgettable experience, 10/10! Hope to come back again to explore more of Scotland in Art the van!

Great few days in Wales in Debbie. Hand-over with Myles went smoothly and he went through all the features of the Van and equipment provided. We found the size and layout of the van ideal for the two of us and our little dog Millie with plenty of cupboard and garage space. The gas-free electrical system worked well despite lack of sunshine and the efficient diesel heating makes the van truly winter capable. At hand-back Myles showed us his other vehicles Graham and Boris, both great conversions and we would certainly use Myles again for Welsh adventures.

The handover with Myles was super easy and welcoming. He went through everything I needed to know for my stay in Boris and made sure that every base was covered. We took the van on a Wales road trip, heading west first, then up North and back through Mid Wales. The van was everything I could have needed and more. I'll be sure to hire again from Myles as these vans are definitely game changers. The van did not need to be hooked up to electric and was great for being off grid and the toilet/shower is now something I couldn't be without. I was also able to take my dog with me on the trip, and Myles had no issue with this. Very accommodating and friendly experience.

We had an amazing time taking Phil’s van into the highlands! The van was extremely clean upon pick up and had everything you needing including a stove, water tap, cooking utensils, fridge, heating, lights and more. The bed was also very easy to set up and disassemble each day. We went all the way up to Durness and had no issues at all! Would definitely recommended and would book again. Phil and Susie are also a lovely couple who made the experience very easy and seamless.
