The handover both out and return went very smoothly. It was very convenient to be able to leave our car at Richard’s . We found the trekker very easy to follow - no complicated procedures for water, heater, waste, bed setting up etc. We went to Bude and Croyde on our travels and the trekker coped with the hills and narrow roads absolutely fine. It also fits easily into car parking spaces. It was our first time in a fully kitted out camper van and it has certainly motivated us to upgrade and continue our travels with our dog. We wouldn’t hesitate to book this Trekker with Richard again. September 2026

Response from Richard Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a fantastic review. It’s great to hear that both the collection and return handovers went smoothly and that you found the Trekker so easy and straightforward to use. Bude and Croyde sound like a great choice for your first campervan adventure, and I’m pleased to hear the Trekker handled the hills and narrower roads with ease. It’s also lovely to know that your first experience has inspired you to consider upgrading to your own campervan and continuing your travels with your dog. It was an absolute pleasure having you hire from us, and we’d be delighted to welcome you back to Moonlight Adventures whenever you’re ready for your next adventure. 🌙🚐 Wishing you many more happy travels! We spent 12 days travelling around Devon and Cornwall in Richard’s camper, and we honestly couldn’t be happier with how it went. Pick-up was smooth, with clear explanations about the van, and throughout the trip Richard was always just a message away, every question got answered quickly and kindly. The levelling blocks weren’t in the van, and we only realised we needed them once we were actually at a campsite! Richard sorted it out for us right away, no fuss at all. Honest, easy communication the whole way through — exactly what you want when you’re relying on someone for two weeks. The camper itself was comfy - with the four of us it’s obviously not massive, but perfect for a family trip and being outside most of the time. Our kids absolutely loved it, the camper itself was already half the adventure for them. Would happily recommend Richard to anyone looking for a reliable, helpful host. Thanks for everything, we had a brilliant time! August 2026

Response from Richard Thank you so much for this wonderful review! We are thrilled to hear that you had such a brilliant time exploring Devon and Cornwall in the camper. It’s great to know that the pick-up went smoothly and that we were able to help you out quickly with the levelling blocks so you could get settled at your campsite without any fuss. We always aim to make the experience as easy and stress-free as possible, especially when you're traveling with family. Hearing that the kids loved the van and that it made the adventure even more special for them really puts a smile on our faces. Thank you for choosing to rent with us, and we would love to welcome you back for your next family road trip!

We had the absolute pleasure of hiring this campervan from Richard. Richards communication was excellent and he went through everything thoroughly on collection, even let us leave our car with him. The campervan is excellent and has everything you need, ample kitchen utensils and cooking equipment, cleaning supplies and more. You really did just need your clothes and you where off! The van was eaay to drive and very comfortable sleeping arrangements. We would love to hire from Richard again in the future. Thank you! July 2026

We had an amazing trip in Richard's van. Richard gave us lots of his time when doing the initial handover. As we were new to campervans and Goboony this was very much appreciated. The goboony GoForm was a simple process to follow. The van had everything we needed and more! The cab part was very comfortable for driving longer distances and the air con great. The swivel seats really made the living space when relaxing in the later evening. The kitchen area was well equipped. The fridge, oven, sink all very usable. As it was warm the sun/bug blinds and awning were so helpful. We managed to get a lovely breeze through the van. The pop top roof was great fun. Although you do need to be physically capable to climb up the ladder and pull the pop top back down and secure it, but I don't think that's unusual this set up. Richard provided a super helpful manual for the van which we referenced often. Just one tip, do mind your head on the arm of the bike rack when closing the backdoor. We took a trip to Wales with our two small dogs for four nights, staying in a couple of campsites along the way. We made some amazing memories and hope to book with Richard again in the future. I very rarely write reviews, but on this occasion I felt I had to make an exception. Richard and the Swift Trekker X were both excellent. Our interactions with Richard from Moonlight Adventures, and the booking process through Goboony, were nothing but first-class. From the quick response to our initial enquiry, to the phone call a few days before our holiday to run through the campervan, Richard's introduction and briefing on the van, assistance whilst we were out on the road, and even when we dropped the van off, he could not have been more accommodating or helpful. As for the van itself, it's a real head-turner and comfortably accommodated myself, two teenagers, and Rollo the family dog. It was an absolute pleasure to drive and, despite its size, I had no real issues parking it thanks to the rear-view camera. As first-time campervanners, we were a little apprehensive at first, but Richard took the time to talk us through all the features and workings of the van. By the time we hit the open road, we felt completely confident and ready for the adventure ahead. The campervan has everything you could possibly need, but the pop-top gets a special mention. It's worth booking this van for the pop-top alone. With the sides fully unzipped and rolled up, it was an absolute pleasure sitting up there and taking in the views. We had a fantastic road trip and wouldn't hesitate to hire from Richard again. The whole experience had a real wow factor, from the van itself to the support we received throughout. Highly recommended. June 2026

Response from Richard Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a detailed review, Nigel. It genuinely means a lot, especially as you say you rarely write reviews. We’re absolutely delighted that both the booking process and your adventure in the Swift Trekker X exceeded expectations. It was a pleasure meeting you and helping you prepare for your first campervan trip. We know taking that first step into campervan travel can feel a little daunting, so it’s wonderful to hear that you felt confident and comfortable before setting off. We’re especially pleased that you enjoyed the pop-top experience – it really is one of our favourite features too! It sounds like you, the teenagers and of course Rollo made some fantastic memories together. Thank you for your kind words about the support we provided throughout your trip. We always aim to offer a personal service from the initial enquiry right through to handing the keys back, so your comments are incredibly rewarding. We hope this was the first of many campervan adventures for your family, and we’d be delighted to welcome you back to Moonlight Adventures whenever you’re ready for the next one. Many thanks again, Richard Moonlight Adventures

We had a great time at Hay Festival in the van. It was perfect for our needs. Richard was a pleasure to deal with, always communicative and helpful and the check-in/check out process was extremely easy. The van was in perfect condition and was a pleasure to drive. Thorough instructions for everything was provide, along with the essential necessities. Highly recommend and we'll likely be back next year to rent again! Thank you June 2026
