- return it with the same level of fuel when collected
- when driving, take it slow and steady
- empty the toilet cartridge and grey water waste before returning
- be gentle with things: if you have to force it, it is likely to break!
- is anything breaks, let us know so we can get it fixed

Additional Charges

- If the motorhome is not returned with the same level of fuel as when collected, the charge will be the cost of refuelling plus £20
- Failure to empty the grey waste £30
- Failure to empty and clean the toilet cassette £50
- Failure to keep dogs off the beds £30
- Damage / loss of any item: the cost to repair or replace the item will be charged
- Late return of the vehicle £25 per hour (unless a late return has been agreed)
- Evidence of smoking / vaping in the vehicle will result in a charge of up to £500

We are over the moon! A huge thank you for Catherine and Gill for making our holiday the best time of our life. We got a very warm welcome when we arrived. The way they have gone through all the details on how everything works on their motorhome was super helpful. Their fully equipped kitchen is an extraordinary experience alongside the facilities available. Even at 5°C outside it managed to keep us warm throughout the night very well. All 3 of us had more than enough space to sleep, eat and play board games. It definitely felt like we are in a 5+2 star hotel with its comfort.
