Paul was helpful and easy to deal with from my questions before booking, through my queries about shifting dates (he was flexible on pickup/drop) and his colleague made sure I knew all about the the van when I picked it up. Importantly they released the deposit within hours of receiving the van back.
The camper itself was a good, spanking new conversion. As our first camper experience it was one where we learned a lot about what we would and wouldn't want in a van but the Moonlight Camper vans have everything we needed.
I'd have liked some USB ports running off the leisure battery in the back of the van, and the strip light above the kitchen to be dimmable/switchable... but these are minor things that would have helped with us being off-grid for the whole trip.
We had a fantastic weekend at the Camper Calling festival and if we don't end up owning our own van soon I'd certainly go back to Paul at Moonlight Campers again.

During our hire period, the weather was atrocious - The van coped very well, keeping us dry, warm and comfortable - It was our first time in a campervan so a learning curve but, prior to the break, Paul the owner explained everything very well, answered all our stupid questions and took us through the do's & dont's.

Perfect camper for us we had 3 nights in Wales and loved every minute. Great communication throughout and easy instructions to follow as it was our first time hiring a campervan.
Highly recommend hiring from Paul and Liz if you want a stress free getaway in a lovely contemporary camper.
Only thing to note there is a 25 pound charge for dogs which we hadn't realised but was not a problem.

What an amazing adventure! We absolutely loved the camper and had such a great time in Cornwall. Camper had everything we needed (family of 4) and drives beautifully! Thank you for allowing us to have a family adventure in 2020, when we thought we were stuck at home!
We were able to park in standard spaces and use it for changing/dressing at the beach, the kids loved sleeping in the pop top and we were more than comfortable on the rock’n’roll bed!
Paul was excellent at explaining everything to us and we didn’t have to call and ask for help once! We really hope we can do this again soon!

The fridge kept the food cold and we used the freezer to re-freeze ice packs we took. The stove and sink all worked great. Theres 2x standard wall plugs as well as USB charge points. Bed was easy to assemble on the evening from the back seats. Front seats rotate, passenger side is alot easier to rotate but once you get the knack easy to rotate both. Overall great experience and would hire again.
