🚐 Motorhome House Rules 🚐

🚭 Smoke-Free Zone: To keep things fresh for everyone, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the motorhome.

🐾 Paws on Board: Furry family members are welcome! There is a £15 per pet fee for extra cleaning. Please let us know when booking.

🚮 Keep it Tidy: Please return the van in a clean state with rubbish removed and all waste tanks emptied to avoid extra cleaning fees.

⛽ Please return the van with a full tank, just like you found it.

🆔 To get you on the road at collection, we’ll need to see this 🆔

👉 Driving Licence: Plus a DVLA check code (or we can help you generate one).

👉 Passport: Or a pre-agreed photo ID.

👉 Two Proofs of Address: Utility bills or bank statements dated within the last 90 days (heads up: we can't accept mobile phone bills).

Arriving into Newcastle city centre via train? You can collect the motorhome from a location just outside the city centre clean air zone, a 5 min taxi ride from Newcastle Central Station. Alternatively, you can collect from anywhere within a 25 mile radius of Newcastle City Centre or the coast.
