🚐 Motorhome House Rules 🚐

🚭 Smoke-Free Zone: To keep things fresh for everyone, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the motorhome.

🐾 Paws on Board: Furry family members are welcome! There is a £15 per pet fee for extra cleaning. Please let us know when booking.

🚮 Keep it Tidy: Please return the van in a clean state with rubbish removed and all waste tanks emptied to avoid extra cleaning fees.

⛽ Please return the van with a full tank, just like you found it.

🆔 To get you on the road at collection, we’ll need to see this 🆔

👉 Driving Licence: Plus a DVLA check code (or we can help you generate one).

👉 Passport: Or a pre-agreed photo ID.

👉 Two Proofs of Address: Utility bills or bank statements dated within the last 90 days (heads up: we can't accept mobile phone bills).

Bertha lives by the sea at Whitley Bay (NE26) and there’s quiet residential parking near by to leave your vehicle. Arriving into Newcastle city centre via train? You can collect the motorhome from a location just outside the city centre clean air zone, a 5 min taxi ride from Newcastle Central Station. We’ll also drop off at the international passenger ferry terminal North Shields.
