(c) Two gas cylinders are provided at the time of hire; at least one will be full of gas. The cost of any refills thereafter will be borne by the Owner upon presentation of a valid receipt. The Owner will refund the full cost of any gas purchased during the hire.

4. INSURANCE
Agreement is subject to and deemed to include the terms, conditions and limitations of the independent insurance company’s policy. Any vehicle hired under this agreement may only be driven by the person(s) who have been accepted by the Owner and the insurance company.
