Booked the van for a static stay over 5 days, close to hire base, being joined by others for the middle 2 nights. We needed 4 single beds which Camomile provided.
Booking in slow as poor Internet connection for uploading photos, but James sorted that out by printing the forms and we went on our way. Clear instructions all repeated in the van info folder. Useful camera showing road behind while driving as well as big wing mirrors. Van is easy and responsive to drive and park. She has limited storage for clothes/suitcases (may be our naivity) but well supplied with cooking, eating equipment. Took our own chopping board. Used shower as changing room as site had good showers and took pop up boots/coats/drying tent with drying rack we put up by front door. Welcome tray was a nice touch. Bug screens kept the crane flies out ..... Had a great stay in the van which provided all we needed. Thanks James!

We had the absolute best experience renting from James. From the start, he was so generous with his time and patience, taking the stress out of the whole process. He went above and beyond with thoughtful touches and treats on board, which made our trip feel really special. I am badly bruised and shaken. 2 There is hardly any storage in the motor home. The wardrobe has a microwave and so many pots and pans that it is full . All there was was a half a cupboard ( as the other half was filled with the owners Books and games) and a small store under half the seat opposite the dining area. We ended up having to use the bathroom to store all our belongings, spare clothes, shoes and food storage. Thankfully there were facilities on site so we didn’t need to use it. 3The bunk bed(s) one was used by my little niece she complained that the slats were unattached. It was obvious that this was a recurring theme as the slats had been put back upside down. Had we known that there was only enough room for 4 we would never have hired

We recently rented this motorhome and appreciated the smooth handover from James, who was polite and professional. However, the overall condition of the vehicle was disappointing.
When we first entered the motorhome, the upper bunk window was open, likely for ventilation. Because of this, the strong pet smell wasn’t immediately noticeable. But after we closed the vehicle and reopened it later, the odor was overwhelming, especially in the lower bunk bed area (6th berth) and storage compartment, making those areas unusable.
