Booked the campervan for 14 days. Pros: Big bed, TV, big fridge, unlimited km (which made us chose this campervan). Michael was very hepful with us and communicative. Unfortunately the campervan had some issues: 1. Water leaking from the shower flooded the entire floor (btw shower can be used only when plugged to electricity). Basically we used the shower only once. 2. First night we already had to go to a camping park because battery was not fully charged. 3. In order to use the plugs/microwave off grid, we needed to switch the inverter on and the battery went from full to 0 in less than 2 minutes of using the microwave. Talked with Michael about it, he said it was the fuse, I suspected it was the fuse, he offered to come and meet somewhere along the way and check but beeing already behind schedule (stopping in camper park to have electricity) , we continued without the inverter as most probable we would have the same outcome (battery couldn't sustain the consumption and the fuse would blow up again). 4. We tried one more night to sleep off grid but using the heater (which mainly uses diesel but also electricity for starting and run continuosly) + 2 usb to charge the phone drained the battery until morning. So the battery could sustain a night off grid, using 2/3 USB. 5. Eventually considering that we couldn't go off grid, we bought a electric heater that we used in the campervan at night (couldn't really use the diesel heater as we had people comming to us in camper parks to complaint that it is too loud.) 5. Water leaked also below the sink tank which was overfilled the first time but again shouldn't flood the floor inside the van. The rest of the time, we just filled half the tank to avoid this problem. We had additional minor problems. We've brought the camper back in day 12 out of 14 from which 10 days we've spent in camper parks. Basically half of our day was driving and the other half, calling/searching for places that have an available ptich with electricity for the night, it was getting exhausting. No refound was made. Have to mention this is not the first trip with campervans but it was the worst. In conclusion, the van is not suitable for off grid and has multiple problems that need to be fixed but I'm confident these issues can be solved by Michael in the future. August 2023
