Ian and Pippa have literally saved our holiday as a booked van on another platform had cancelled last minute a confirmed booking. They were very reactive, practically instanteneous and very uncomplicated.
They were very correct about existing scratches during the handover and about non functioning equipment before our booking confirmation.
They took their time to explain us everything during the handover, and they were very understanding about delays.
The van was ready to go with a nice welcoming basket.
Everything went very very smoothly. We recommend Ian and Pippa.
