When you collect her, you're welcome to park your car in her parking space in our driveway and drive off in Roxanne.
She is within easy access to Junction 24 on M5. Where you can head off in any direction.....Somerset, Wales, Glastonbury, Bath, Bristol, Gloucestershire, Exmoor's, Devon, Jurassic Coast, Cornwall, and more....it is so convenient. You spoilt for choice. Try booking hard pitches where possible.

Sleeping lay-out....you have 2 options...
* 1 x large, comfortable, spacious King Size
bed. With 2 end seats on either side.
OR
* 2 x Long Single beds.

Roxanne comes fully equipped with;

*(some people prefer to bring there own bedding* If you want to bring your own linen please lets us know so we can remove existing to make extra space for you.)*

* Bed linen, duvets, fitted sheets, pillow cases.
and mattress protectors and bed throws. *(some people prefer to bring there own bedding* If you want to bring your own linen please lets us know so we can remove existing to make extra space for you.)*
* Cutlery, crockery, cups, Perspex glasses,
pots, pan, bowls, kettle.
* Gas bottle(If empty to change or a charge to refill will apply price on hand over)

Festival's we do allow on special request.
The wind out awning can no be used during a festival hire due to breakage in the past. So not permitted.

* Outside table and chairs
* Vacuum cleaner
* Removable carpets
* Outside ground sheet.
* Roll out awning.
* Large fridge/freezer, microwave, hob and
oven and TV.
* Cleaning Starter Box with essentials to get
you going...including dish washing liquid. We give a start amount of toilet cleaner so bring or buy on sites,
and 1 x biodegradable toilet roll.
* Welcome Box: Tea, Coffee, sugar and a treat.
Deckchairs and tables, outside mini gas cooker and BBQ with cleaning equipment.

BRING YOUR OWN TOWELS

Bathroom/Toilet at rear of motorhome...is very spacious and has an enclosed shower cubicle, space for changeroom area and large wardrobe come storage space.
*NO LUGGAGE STOWED IN THE SHOWER WHILE IN TRANSIT. *
Lots of storage in Motorhome. Overhead cupboards, under beds and below oven and alongside fridge.
Swivel seats are great too. Our dog beds fit on with a towel underneath and they happy up there and out the way when we go to bed.
Bike rack for biking enthusiasts (45kg max)

Please Note: HOUSE RULES.
*Wind out awning to have storm strap on wind in when out and about and at night.
*Sky lights close when driving off and when out and about and night you don't want a wet bed.
Upon return we require;
*Toilet cassette emptied and rinsed, (cleaning charge if not £25 /£35)
Gas is charged 1/2 bottle £15 and a empty £30 owner will fill bottle
*Grey waste emptied
Rubbish bagged and disposed of
*Fuel tank full.
Outside furniture clean and put away
Fridge freezer ,oven, hob and shower, basin clean and tidy.
Beds put away and linen left for laundering in the shower.
Dishes clean and put away.

If motorhome is dirty please have it cleaned.
All the above, if not done..
Breakages and Damages will be chargeable.

*Solar panel is not really for off grid so battery management is key, will do 2 nights and u need to drive. To charge batteries

*Late return fee £30 /hour. if you are to be late you must provide proof eg. traffic update's and please communicate with us.
Fuel charge apply if not fill £25 plus fuel receipt.
